Raymond Rudorff

RAYMOND RUDORFF (1933-1992), storico, giornalista e scrittore inglese, traduttore dall'italiano e dal francese. E' vissuto per lungo tempo in Francia, e per qualche tempo a Roma. Ha pubblicato, in narrativa: 'The Dracula Archives' (1971. IT :'Gli archivi di Dracula', Gargoyle 2009), 'The house of the Brandersons: a novel of possession' (1973. IT: 'La dimora dei Branderson', Sonzogno, 1975), 'The Venice Plot' (1976. IT: 'Complotto a Venezia', Sonzogno, 1977). In saggistica: 'Art treasures of the world' con Eleanor Munro (1964); 'Studies in ferocity: a book of human monsters' (1969); 'The Paris Spy' (1969. IT: 'Guida ai piaceri di Parigi', Sugar, 1970); 'The Myth of France' (1970); 'The Belle Epoque. Paris in the Nineties' (1972); 'The Knights and their world' (London, 1974); 'War to the death: the sieges of Saragossa, 1808-1809' (1974). Ha tradotto in inglese 'Il vampiro' di Ornella Volta nel 1965.
